About 6 years ago, I took wellness formula on the advice of a naturopath. I was shocked to realize that I got no flu that season and that I only had 1 cold — it was the cold that prompted me to start taking these tablets.
It’s been 6 years, and I’ve gone from catching 1-2 flus and 2-3 colds each winter to now catching zero flus (haven’t had one since I started taking Wellness Formula) and 0-1 colds. My technique for taking this is to wait until I feel any extremely mild symptom, and then take it for a week. If I get very stressed out, I also take it for a week just in case. This technique will only work if you pay a lot of attention to how your body is feeling. I know that some people just take it all winter long.
I take 2 tablets once per day, but if I am sick I take 2 tablets twice per day. If you are trying to decide between the tablets and the capsules, note that 1 tablet is equivalent to 2 capsules and that this makes the tablets cheaper.

Our family has been using Wellness Formula for over 15 years. We take it occasionally, once a day, as a health supplement. We take a double dose several several times a day during periods when symptoms of illness occur. I am 57 years old. In my younger years, I was ill several times a year. Since using Wellness Formula I’m hardly ever ill.
